Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in an awesome game for early level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player vs. the casino, unlike nearly all other poker games that players wager with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, starting players don’t have to fret about any other, more skillful individuals winning their $$$$.

Another Pai Gow benefit is the fairly slow game play, novices can take their time and scheme while not needing to make quick choices.

It’s also simpler to play for an extended time with just a small bit of cash after all, to lose, each of your hands has to be lower than each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the croupier gets 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and a 2 card hand must be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the dealer’s.
